We are registered social workers, experienced and trained in trauma-informed therapy, and we are passionate about helping individuals who are navigating emotional pain, trauma-related injuries, and stress that has become overwhelming.

We are skilled in assessing and treating trauma-related challenges, including:

Evidence-Based Interventions

As social workers, we do not diagnose, however, we do assess symptoms, patterns, and impacts, and we collaborate with you to develop a recovery plan that supports meaningful, lasting change.

We offer both in-person sessions in Kitchener and virtual therapy across Ontario.

Online sessions make it easy to access support from home while maintaining privacy and flexibility.
