Our Story
We began as a team of two social workers with a combined 50 years of experience. Both of us had worked for over 25 years in the areas of trauma, intimate partner violence, mental health, family supports, medicine, education, grief, depression, anxiety and LGBTQ2s+ persons.
Throughout the pandemic, we witnessed a significant increase in mental health concerns such as social isolation, anxiety, depression, suicidality, addictions, trauma and grief. We recognized that these circumstances contributed to many individuals feeling stuck. As a result, we decided that a collaborative approach to healing was more conducive to recovery. Our partnership was formed on this principle - connections heal!

Using a confidential and client-directed approach, we are committed to building relationships with clients, families, and community practitioners to provide the best support for our clients.

We are a growing practice and a growing team. Stay Tuned!
